Privacy
This atlas is built to be read without giving anything away. This page says what little we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Climate Complexity Patterns is an independent climate adaptation atlas. For anything about your data, write to contact@climatecomplexitypatterns.org.
Reading the atlas
Reading the atlas, the methodology and the open data asks nothing of you. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites; we see page counts, not people.
Following the project by email
If you choose to follow the project, we keep your email address, the date, the page you signed up on and the version of the consent sentence you agreed to. We use them only to send occasional emails about this project. They are stored in the European Union, never shared and never sold. A Cloudflare security check runs when you use the form, to stop automated sign-ups.
Invited pages
Strategic Signals and the invite-only connector are open to invited people. You sign in with your invited email and a one-time code sent by Cloudflare Access. We see which invited address signed in and when; Cloudflare keeps the sign-in record.
The AI connector
The connector is read-only. We never see the questions you ask your AI app. We count which tool was called and which place or term it asked for, with no personal data, to learn which definitions people need.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves the site. Like any web host, it handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. We do not receive or keep it.
Your choices
To see, correct or remove what we hold about you, or to stop the emails, write to contact@climatecomplexitypatterns.org. We act within 30 days.
